Connecting with my horse outside of riding

One of the best ways to show a horse your love, is by taking them on adventures. There is absolutely nothing my horse loves more, than when I hand walk her down our old dirt road! She loves seeing the sunset, cars, and wild rabbits hop around! It's a great way to end a long hard lesson and get some relaxation time with my girl! I personally prefer hand walking when I do this so its not like work to her, but riding is perfectly okay too!
